We act as placement agent for private market fund managers raising capital from institutional and private investors across the GCC, Europe and international markets.
Our independent positioning means we work for the fund manager, not for any distribution platform or bank, and we structure each mandate around the specific strategy, vintage and target investor base. We have placed more than €360m of equity across 15+ private market funds, spanning buyout, venture capital, energy infrastructure, co-investment and social impact strategies.

Our base in the DIFC gives us direct access to sovereign, institutional and family office capital across the GCC. We also maintain active dialogue with institutional and private investors across the UK, Continental Europe and selected international markets. Our investor mapping is strategy-specific; we identify the right LPs for each mandate rather than blanketing the market.
