About First Boston Capital

An independent corporate finance advisory firm with offices in London and the Dubai International Financial Centre.

Our story

First Boston Capital was founded by a team of senior practitioners with backgrounds at leading European investment banks, debt funds and private equity firms. The firm was built to fill a specific gap in the market: an independent, conflict-free, senior-led advisory boutique that combines institutional execution capability with the agility of a partner-led firm.

We do not run a balance sheet, we do not distribute third-party products, and we are not tied to any bank or lender. Our only relationship is with our clients.

Mission

To help mid-market corporates and fund managers access the right capital, on the right terms, through a transparent and competitive process.

Vision

To be the independent advisor of choice for European and GCC mid-market corporates and emerging private market fund managers.
