Our story
First Boston Capital was founded by senior practitioners with backgrounds at leading investment banks, debt funds and private equity firms. The firm was built to fill a specific gap in the market: an independent, conflict-free, senior-led financial advisory boutique that combines institutional execution capability with the agility of a partner-led firm.
The team has completed more than 40 transactions with an aggregate value in excess of €680m, spanning LBO and acquisition financing, project finance, working capital solutions and equity placements for more than 15 private market funds.
We do not run a balance sheet, we do not distribute third-party products, and we are not tied to any bank or lender. Our only relationship is with our clients.

We are authorised to carry on the following Financial Services: arranging deals in investments; advising on financial products; and arranging credit and advising on credit. We provide services to Professional Clients only, as defined in the DFSA Rulebook. We do not hold or control client money or assets.
