Regulatory status

First Boston Capital Ltd ("First Boston Capital", "we", "us" or "our") is a company established in the Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) and is regulated by the Dubai Financial Services Authority (DFSA) under DFSA Firm Reference No. F012938. Our registered office is at DIFC Fund Centre, Level 1, Precinct Building 4, Dubai International Financial Centre, Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

First Boston Capital is authorised by the DFSA to carry on the following Financial Services: arranging deals in investments; advising on financial products; and arranging credit and advising on credit. We are permitted to provide these services to Professional Clients only, as that term is defined in the DFSA Rulebook (Conduct of Business Module). We do not provide financial services to Retail Clients.
